MaMa always told us "If you're gonna fish streamers you gotta get some Maxima !" We use Maxima when swinging streamers or nymphs because we like the way it turns over our flies. It's a little stiffer than Ultragreen and has the toughest abrasion resistance around. It's especially great for lake fishing using sinking or sink tip lines. A lot of times we'll use some Maxima Chameleon for the butt section, and add some Orvis or SA tippet towards the end for a little more suppleness. Get some mix it up, and find out what works best! You can tell a great product for it's longevity. Maxima been around a long time, and it's still here. That says a lot.
